Company in Charlotte is looking for a Receptionist. Temp to perm. Hours: 8-5 M-F. Pay $17/hour.
Responsibilities
Answer telephone, transfer calls and take messages
Order office supplies
Respond appropriately to client requests
Greet and assist clients and guests
Maintain appearance of public areas
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Open and close office
Requirements
2+ years of professional Receptionist or Office Assistant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Strong organization and attention to detail
Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
Engaging personality and excellent communication skills
