Our client, a well known logistics firm, is looking to hire a Sr. Development Accountant. This role is open due to company growth and the position is hybrid.
Responsibilites:
Review general ledger monthly and quarterly to ensure proper GAAP
Complete development accounting close for projects
Collaborate with manager to create monthly cash flow forecasting
Review lease documents to ensure proper accounting
Review and approve invoices
Set up pre-development and development projects to monitor jobs
Qualifications:
BS in Accounting required
3-5+ years of accounting experience within construction. real estate, or public accounting highly preferred
Self-starter
Yardi expeirence a huge plus
Strong excel skills
