RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager/Customer Success Manager in Chantilly, VA.

Essential Functions:


  • Project Manager/Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with the technical staff and positively influence the successful execution of requirements involving system administration, application development, testing, cloud deployment, server, or software implementation and upgrades

  • Manage a team of SW Developers, System Administrators, and Help Desk staff

  • Provide guidance in problems areas and resolution across all functional areas

  • Leads cross-functional team meetings to set expectations and create accountability; Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews all contract deliverables

  • Create a culture of innovation by seeking creative technical solutions to meet customer needs

  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

  • As a Project Manager/Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams

  • Effectively communicate project status with targeted messages for a variety of stakeholders

  • Drive continuous improvement culture based on meaningful metrics and tangible results







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must have previous experience in IT and enterprise requirements

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
