Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking a dynamic Change Management Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role requires a skilled professional who can effectively manage organizational change initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational initiatives

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to assess change impact and develop mitigation plans

  • Create communication plans and materials to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build awareness and adoption of new processes or technologies

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them navigate change and support their teams effectively

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed

  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and coordination of change efforts

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Proven experience (3+ years) in change management roles, preferably in a hybrid work environment

  • Experience with Large & Diverse Organizations

  • Experience with all of ERP

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred

  • Experience in project management is a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
