Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Developer III in Cleveland, OH. This candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient micro frontend solutions for our web applications.

Responsibilities:


  • Application Developer III will collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to develop micro frontend solutions that meet business requirements

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain micro frontend components using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React framework

  • Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and browsers

  • Optimize frontend performance and ensure fast page load times by employing best practices such as code splitting, lazy loading, and caching

  • As an Application Developer III, you will work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and application functionality

  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards and practices







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend web development with a focus on building scalable and maintainable micro frontend architectures

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture

  • Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance optimization techniques, and cross-browser compatibility issues

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
