Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Account Processor in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Account Processor will perform a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area


• Duties may include entering new account information; Changing information on existing accounts; Recording transactions; Answering customer inquiries; Receiving, classifying, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information; Completing reports and providing administrative support


• Customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems, and responding to customer requests for information

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience


• Knowledgeable in Office products such as Word, Excel, OneNote


• Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable process


• Must be highly detailed oriented


• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
