What you will enjoy doing*

• You will shadow Construction Project Manager


• You will learn Construction Design for multiple disciplines (Site Preparation, Piling, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation)


• You will perform routine aspects of construction management requiring knowledge and application of basic construction principles under close supervision


• You will monitor and document construction work in progress


• You will prepare Construction Documentation for Tender Process


• Interface with clients and construction contractors


• Perform material quantity takeoffs and evaluate contractor cost proposals


• Assist in the coordination of jobsite activity during the construction phase

• Actively working on relevant degree such as Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering


• Must have the perseverance and results-driven attitude


• Must be proficient in verbal and written communication
