What you will be doing:
Develop and implement safety programs and policies in accordance with OSHA standards and company goals
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
Organize and lead safety training sessions for employees
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future
Collaborate with management and production teams to enhance safety culture throughout the organization
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
2 plus years of experience as a Safety Analyst, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Specialist in Food Manufacturing or similar industries
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver effective training
Analytical skills to identify risks and propose solutions
