Job Description:

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $72,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client in the capital markets industry is looking to have a Product Server Admin join their Chicago team. This is a full-time position, 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday 2nd shift 2pm-11pm CST.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• First-level incident identification and resolution techniques to address interruptions across Mainframe, UNIX, Windows and Network platforms


• Monitor multiple applications and systems


• Report and document any processing issues, maintain records and logs


• Escalate to second-level support as required per policy


• Perform mainframe IPL's and other system commands

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience working with UNIX, UC4 Scheduler


• Experience with desktop skills and Microsoft Office Suite


• Transmission protocols: SFTP/NDM


• zOS/390 JCL, IBM utilites


• Working knowledge of Mobius/Brio


• Experience working in a multi-platform environment


• Must be able to work Monday - Friday 2pm - 11pm CST
