Job Summary: Cole Engineering Services is a leading provider of engineering solutions for the defense industry. We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, maintenance, deployment of a new simulation and training capability for the United States Army.

Essential Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot, resolve and document technical issues in real time
• Perform critical maintenance and technical support functions across the RVCT program
• Work with engineers identifying issues and develop solutions
• Shape RVCT Product Support considerations through documentation of maintenance tasks, collection of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) data
• Provide recommendations to New Equipment Training (NET) course development
• Support RVCT Test and Evaluation events through preparation and operation of RVCT hardware
• Maintain clear, concise organized documentation and accurately document maintenance actions in JIRA
• Manage PMCS schedule and execution
• Manage training schedule and execution of new and existing FSRs
• Responsible for assembly, disassembly, and reconfiguration of RVCT devices
• Using basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• 10%-25% Travel Required

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience working directly with AVCATT & RVCT
• Strong understanding of technical/CPU hardware
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge in any of the following areas would be considered a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a technical military field
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Direct experience in fielding, logistics or technical deployment of military systems
• Security +, Network +, and/or A+ certifications

Other Requirements: Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET to TOP SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
