Senior Associate, Tax People Operations

In this role, you'll collaborate with our leadership team to design, build and implement innovative programs to improve the employee experience. You'll also use data-driven strategies to measure and assess the impact of talent strategies and collaborate with the People Team to create innovative interventions to support cross-functional operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Support the extended People and Operations teams in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the employee experience and drive engagement across a number of employee initiatives

  • Conduct research and benchmarking analysis, including monitoring and reporting on Employee Experience topics, to identify best practices and make recommendations for solutions that support engagement.

  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement events in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Write and edit various communications material, including emails, newsletters and PowerPoint presentations

  • Provide project management support by developing clear workplans and timelines, providing direction and guidance to staff and communicating status to leadership

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, as needed

Experience


  • 3-5 years experience in talent strategy & execution, communications and project management

  • Excellent project management skills - ability to drive projects from design through implementation while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to independently prioritize workload

  • Demonstrate initiative and manage multiple, competing priorities with attention to detail

  • Passionate about learning and ability to adapt to shifting priorities

  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization and coordinate across teams

  • Seeks out opportunities to understand others' experiences, perspectives and differences

Qualifications


  • A bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university

  • Experience in large, matrixed and global organizations preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, as well as the ability to adapt to new software programs

  • Willingness to travel as needed

The salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
