Intro and job overview:

Operations leadership position in Global Shared Services. This key role serves as process owner for the order to cash cycle and leads a team of 30+ individuals covering middle and back-office functions. In this pivotal role, you'll champion a high-quality customer experience, manage risks, and drive improvements in the cash conversion cycle.

  • Collaborate with revenue operations, deal desk, renewals teams and finance to assure orders are primed for processing and meet all compliance and processing requirements.
  • Key member of O2C (opportunity to cash) transformation team. Engage in transformation efforts by identifying enhancements, garnering support, aligning stakeholders, drafting requirements, and overseeing change management.
  • Directly oversee management responsible for order management, fulfillment, billing, cash application, and collections, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Lead, nurture, and mentor a diverse team of 30+ direct and indirect staff and cultivate strong vendor relationships crucial to our financial operations.
  • Regularly publish insightful performance dashboards including volumes, accuracy, rework and compliance.
  • Build trusting relationships with sales and IT business partners and engage key stakeholders in regular communication. Share insights on business trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop operational expertise in team to leverage Salesforce.com and NetSuite platforms. Partner with IT to introduce & implement complementary technologies to achieve mission and benefit.
  • Ensure an effective compliance and governance process and monitor progress, risks/issues, and barriers and create applicable mitigation strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)
  • 10+ years of management and leadership experience, including several years in a Shared Services leadership role
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical or financial information to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading for growth and change.
  • Minimal Travel is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification or experience is a plus.
