POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Day to day activities include addressing inbound inquiries, outbound follow-up, independent prospecting, and customer communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about exceeding sales targets by delivering demonstrable value to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess lead quality based on strategic alignment, technology fit, and buying timeline, considering financial implications.
  • Work with marketing to leverage MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer pain points and align company offerings.
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closing the deal.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, addressing customer requirements and objections while emphasizing the financial benefits of the proposed solutions.
  • Convey our products confidently and knowledgeably, demonstrating a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), with a keen focus on financial metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and customer lifetime value.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training, coaching, and self-driven learning initiatives, with an emphasis on understanding and leveraging financial considerations in the sales process.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team activities to contribute to the overall success of the sales department, with a focus on aligning sales efforts with financial goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming objections
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving financial goals and objectives.
  • High level of motivation, energy, and persistence in achieving sales goals
