As a Communications Specialist:
We are seeking a strong communications professional with experience driving internal and external communications in a fast-paced, diverse workplace. The Communications Specialist will serve as the communications partner for Global Support Operations and Enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver communication plans and content for projects and initiatives benefiting the Global Customer Support organization as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, write, edit, design, and deliver internal and external communication using a variety of channels such as team meetings, newsletters, Slack posts, blog posts, emails, presentations, and video.
• Coordinate employee events and engagement activities including VIBE and recognition programs.

• At least 5 years of experience on a corporate or organizational communications team preferably in a fast-paced technology company.
• Flexible and dynamic writing talent ranging from technical writing ability for complex technical projects to big-picture, strategic messaging.
• Experience with Business Writing and communication planning
• Proficiency with Google suite and Canva
• Ability to manage communication plans and content for multiple projects.
• Proven experience developing communications plans and content leveraging a variety of channels including short- and long-form written messages, videos, events, and presentations.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and visual design skills. Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging. Ability to write in a simple, direct, warm, and friendly tone.
• Strong presentation design and video creation skills.

  PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
  Pay Range*: $45/hr - 50/hr W2
  *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
