Overview



The Spa Operations Supervisor assists the Manager responsible for the overall daily operational function and management of the Spa. The Spa Operations Supervisor demonstrates motivational leadership throughout the Spa and Hotel to maximize guest and team satisfaction.



Qualifications



• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervisory position in a spa or related field.


• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.


• Time management and negotiation skills.


• Ability to manage and lead each department independently.


• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.


• Read, write and speak English fluently.


• Computer experience required.


• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or other
