Pay Range

$94,600.00-$142,000.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

The primary purpose of this position is to identify solutions for business processes and system issues in order to enable positive business operations at JM. The Sr. Business Process Analyst specific responsibilities include gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, executing configuration, ensuring functional specification development, and managing testing and application problem solving of SAP or other enterprise modules. This position also involves supporting of our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).This position is located at our headquarters in Denver, CO and our IT department follows a hybrid work schedule, Monday and Friday's are work from home days and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in office days. We do provide free parking or RTD pass.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Execute configuration, functional specification development, testing and application support of SAP modules.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders in order to gain an understanding of business drivers and objectives.
  • Implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in JM plants.
  • Day to day MES support to the plants that use MES.
  • Work with end users to understand and assess business flows, processes, specific issues and requirements.
  • Evaluate and ensure system functionality of existing processes and manage, as directed, small to medium size projects, budget, timelines, communications and deliverables.
  • Understand end to end business processes and integration points. Develop process scenarios and test plans.
  • Create and implement functional design specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements and forms.
  • Develop system documentation and assist with end user training as necessary.
  • Participate in long range planning, prioritize projects, and conduct cost benefit analysis.
  • Collaborate with personnel and management in translating business requirements into applied solutions across manufacturing platforms and technologies.
  • Work with process teams to implement integrated business solutions and provide solid technical mentorship to IT peers and business personnel.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of SAP experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience with manufacturing companies with global operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of SAP configuration and supporting data structures.
  • Experience working on full lifecycle deployment on at least one large scale SAP implementation.
  • Thorough business processes knowledge of SAP production planning and execution modules.
  • Proven ability to define complex business requirements in order to determine appropriate SAP solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement best business practices throughout an organization.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills to drive completion of critical deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 25 pounds.
  • Moderate travel required 11 to 29 days per year.
  • Work environment is typical of an office setting.
