Our Dallas & Waco offices lead the nation in new advisor growth and development, offering an exciting platform for you to excel in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' unique needs and circumstances.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Utilize our award-winning training, mentorship, and business coaching programs to enhance your skills and expertise.
Actively participate in continued education programs through the American College of Financial Services to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Sponsorship for General Lines, SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 certifications to expand your professional capabilities.
Drive performance-based compensation through exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed and grow within the organization.
