This Opportunity:

  • Support members of our Water Resources team
  • Provide analysis and design or storm sewer collection systems, perform hydraulics modeling and stormwater BMP modeling, assist with stormwater compliance projects and SWPPP development
  • Develop project documentation including technical design reports, engineering calculations, construction drawings and technical specifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in hydrology and water resources engineering
  • Ability to walk and climb over rough terrain and carry up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous coursework or experience with civil engineering projects including fluid mechanics, open channel hydraulics, and/or storm water management
  • Working knowledge and previous experience with GIS, AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Previous experience with the NPDES municipal stormwater, industrial stormwater and/or construction stormwater regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
  • Previous experience with construction observation and/or fieldwork Strong public speaking skills
