RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager.

Summary of work to be performed by contractor:
The Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager will assist with marketing and social media for Microsoft Clarity. The work includes building marketing strategy, creating social media posts, blogs, case studies. Social media channels include Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Typical Day in the Role:


  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to provide Clarify, behavioral analytics tool, working on driving growth, new product so there is a huge awareness problem, need resource to drive social media, blogs, research, team does all their own marketing, write blogs about new features, educational topics to help website owners, partnership with others will have a blog, conduct case studies and be able to understand it

  • Key projects: This role will contribute towards working on AI capabilities, announced clarity co-pilot (releasing to customers within the next few weeks) will need to bring awareness

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following:

  • Meeting a day at the most, very few meetings, 2 weekly meetings (backlog and brainstorm new ideas from social media and marketing)

  • 25% looking through social media - comment react what people posted (should take 30ish minutes beginning and end of the day)

  • 60% in between time spent creating content (blogs, case studies, planning future posts)

  • 10-15%: looking through social media where we can comment on other people's post (engagement)

REQUIREMENTS:



  • No degree is required to be eligible for this role

  • 4-6 years of overall experience in the field; However, prior experience managing social media, writing skills, talking to customers is required

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience with Writing (documentation, blogs, marketing copy)

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience with analytics tools (especially web)

  • Digital marketing/SEO/SEM experience (4-6 years)

  • Social media management experience (4 years)

  • Video editing for Instagram, TikTok

  • Bonus: Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
