RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Small Business Event Manager III in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be onsite twice a week.

Duties Include:


  • Manage and execute large scale wholly owned in-person events and small format in-person events (workshops, dinners, VIP experiences) to drive engagement with our existing customer base and demand for Mailchimp with prospects

  • Create and drive inspired e2e experiences including concept, vision, comms, web, registration, main stage and breakout programming, visual design, event tech, video content, and related logistics, working in partnership with BSX strategy, design, and content leads

  • Foster a planning environment that enables rich co-creation and iteration on great ideas for best possible outcomes

  • Work with outside agencies (experiential, etc.) and strategic partners; Manage work back plan and cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans (inclusive of training and contingency needs), and workstream requirements; Act as the source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

  • Manage e2e logistics including budgeting and financial management, venue, agency, calendaring/scheduling, speaker prep, contracts, vendors, deliverables tracking, delighters, food, and beverage, etc.

  • Drive all cross-functional project workstreams to successful execution, track cross-functional deliverables and escalate when necessary

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing teams to develop comprehensive cross-channel marketing plans to promote events (pre-, during, and post) to achieve event objectives and KPIs

  • Rigorously manage, measure, and analyze all events, marketing campaigns and tactics driving to conversion rate increases and funnel optimization

  • Demonstrate measurable business impact based on the goals outlined for each experience; Use post-event analytics and data to inform recommendations for future events







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with in person corporate event creation and management

  • Must have deep knowledge around development of workback plans and timelines, budgets, briefs, e2e project plans, etc.

  • Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, and cross-functional dependencies

  • Highly collaborative in your approach with partnering effectively with different internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners, Sales teams, and Event Organizers

  • Extremely organized, dependable and a stickler for the details

  • Proven track record with managing pipeline generation, lead scoring and routing and creating post event cross-channel strategies






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
