RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Home Loan Specialist II.

Summary:
The Home Loan Specialist II is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). In this role, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex data and document validation


• Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)


• Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions


• Complete appraisal eligibility tasks


• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines


• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values


• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred


• 3+ years of mortgage industry experience required


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
