RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Owner - Fraud for a 100% remote role.

Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager/Product Owner with expertise in fraud prevention and risk-based authentication to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing products in the financial services industry, with specific experience in leveraging LexisNexis for risk-based authentication. Experience with implementing bank account verification solutions through Plaid is preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fraud prevention and risk-based authentication solutions

  • Utilize market research and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development

  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business objectives and customer needs

  • Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry regulations

  • Lead the execution of product development projects, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, iterating on features and functionalities to optimize performance and user experience

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on fraud prevention and risk-based authentication, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting fraud prevention and authentication solutions







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, with a focus on fraud prevention and risk-based authentication in the financial services industry

  • Extensive knowledge of risk-based authentication methodologies, with hands-on experience implementing solutions leveraging LexisNexis for identity verification and risk assessment

  • Experience with implementing bank account verification solutions through Plaid is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy and decision-making

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven track record of leading successful product development projects, from conception to launch, in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and industry regulations governing fraud prevention and authentication in the financial services industry






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
