Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Change Manager II.
Responsibilities:
Change Manager II will facilitate and lead change management practices within the business organization
Apply a standard Change Management methodology to prepare for, manage and sustain change through all change activities; This includes strategic, organizational, process, and system changes
Plan and execute on Change Management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives/projects
Perform impact analysis and evaluate the impact of change in the organization
Develop a change heatmap to understand change saturation in the organization
Develop change governance models to support operations and transformational projects
Through continual employee engagement and adoption metrics, look for opportunities to make process improvements to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness
As a Change Manager II, you will assist in developing plans to properly manage organizational changes
Identify and address areas of concerns of employees about changes
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience in a Change Management role
3+ years of experience in a Project Management role
Experience in business operations
Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues
Proficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to work independently as well with others
Able to lead cross-functional teams
Nice to have requirements:
PROSCI certification or CMS certification (Change Management Specialist)
PMP certification
Software project management experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
