Position Summary:
The Marker will be responsible for planning and producing the marker cuts for material usage of all required "Roll Goods", plot files, and paperwork for both domestic and overseas facilities. Starting rate: $15.00 per hour with an increase at the end of the probationary period.
Responsibilities:
Produce marker, cutter files and paperwork for all roll goods by schedule and specific contractor.
Ensure accuracy by style in specification sheet, AccuMark Models, Yield Lion AccuMark Variables.
Plan the markers for both material utilization and contractor needs.
Maintain all reports and report all material usage.
Complete all schedules in time required.
Material Utilization Reports by Schedule.
D365 Marker Material reporting.
Plot and check contractor plotted markers.
Use the following software: Gerber AccuMark 10.3, Gerber AccuNest 10.3, Windows 10, Microsoft Excel 2010, Microsoft D365, and Yield Lion (Apparel Management System)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience using the following software is a plus: Gerber AccuMark 10.3, Gerber AccuNest 10.3, Windows 10, Microsoft Excel 2010, Microsoft D365, and Yield Lion (Apparel Management System)
Candidates should be willing to learn and be able to perform detailed work.
Must be able to establish and maintain good working relations with others and work with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks and functions with a minimal loss of productivity and no loss of quality.
Must be able to read job instructions and have adequate math skills.
Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to details.
Physical Requirements:
Positional: Frequent standing and walking. May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to grasp or manipulate small items for assembly. Lift 10 to 30 pounds periodically.
Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Frequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
