Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Supply Chain Intern in our Smyrna, TN facility for this Summer 2024. This position is on-site, so the ideal candidate must be located in the general area.

What will you get to do in this position?


  • Maintain and manage large amounts of data

  • Assist upstream and downstream team with reporting

  • Expedite purchase orders with external suppliers based on production healthy start date

  • Track and report related metrics

  • Support planning, project and operational activities

  • Analyze and report/present findings and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Ad-hoc and \"what if\" scenario planning as requested

This job might be for you if:


  • Are actively pursing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.

  • Must be Proficient in Excel including charts/graphs (experience with Pivot tables, Macros a plus)

  • Possess leadership qualities and the ability to facilitate conflicts

  • Are self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency

  • Have a solid work ethic - honors responsibility and commitment

  • Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Possess proven ability to achieve results

  • Have exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and communication skills

  • Have the ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement and monitor for results
