Job Summary
The Cash Management Operations Specialist provides cash management unit product analysis. Acts as a liaison with external and internal customers regarding problem resolution and technical explanations. Utilizes and maintains various internal processing systems to enable the availability of such services to the Bank's customer base.

Pay Range: $19.85 - $28.15 - $36.46

Job Responsibilities:


  • Identifies and initiates Cash Management Services to customers. Responsible for ensuring the data is accurately maintained in cash management system. Audits as appropriate.

  • Acts as Cash Management liaison regarding complex customer inquiries and problem resolution including technical explanations. Communicates findings directly with internal and external customers of Cash Management services.

  • Serves as a liaison between the Cash Management sales function, clients, business lines, and system provider to maintain the reliability and credibility of Cash Management products.

  • Tests system for upgrades, provides system maintenance.

  • Maintain Cash Management policies and procedures.

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

  • Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related specialty preferred.

  • Two to three years of prior bank and cash management experience including ACH, Account Analysis, and online banking.

  • CPA a plus.

  • Familiarity with Bank operational policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of Bank processing systems.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Time-management skills and the ability to setup file systems.

  • Excellent customer service, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
