Job Description:
A Grounds maintenance foreman is responsible for ensuring safe and timely completion of his route. This includes communicating with customers, and company staff in order to relay and remedy issues and complete contracted work. A foreman should see potential problem areas and communicate with both the office and customer so we can respond to issues quickly. Foremen are required to supervise and direct a crew of laborers, operate a variety of tools and equipment, and carry out specified job tasks within a specified amount of time.
