Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our St Louis Waste Water Processing Plant, Location:
PART TIME (Permanent position): approx 20 to 25 hours per week
Monday - Friday daytime hours (approx 8am to noon)
Up to $24.00/hr to 28.00/hr starting pay
Requires daily on-site in person presence (location 6400 McKissock Ave, St Louis, MO 63147)
The Administrative Assistant will also be the first point of contact, at the front desk and greet all guests, clients, vendors, employees, and visitors. Manage and perform all administrative tasks, i.e., answer calls, greet visitors, file, update the org charts and phone directories, mail distribution, submit work orders, order supplies, and business cards, and accept packages.
