What you will do:

PGIM Custom Harvest is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the business leadership. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the portfolio management, trading, operations, and marketing teams of Custom Harvest to support business planning, administration, and internal/external reporting.

PGIM Custom Harvest, a division of PGIM Investments, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized separately managed account (SMA) portfolios of ETFs. PGIM Custom Harvest manages $3.5 billion on behalf of a wide range of RIAs and Wealth Managers.

What you can expect:

• Support the business strategy aligned with the PGIM Custom Harvest business objectives


• Develop tracking and reporting processes on financial performance, operational and business metrics


• Perform Billing processes and revenue management


• Assist in research and resolution of client account issues


• Manage and report on vendor relationships including Service Level Agreements (SLA)


• Prepare and coordinate agendas and presentations for key stakeholder meetings 


• Document operational risks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.


• Contribute to internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.


• Model a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

What you will bring

• 4-6 years of project management or business administration experience within the asset management sector, specifically with managed account experience


• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Business intelligence reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau….)


• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Salary Range Disclosure

The salary range for this role is from $130,000 to $160,000.    Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement. Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
