GENEWIZ LLC d/b/a Azenta Inc Lead the development of strategic go-to-market and technical sales product marketing approaches for company's genomics, DNA sequencing and molecular biology products and services. Duties include:
Define go-to-market product strategies to develop profitable marketing programs, engagements, sales collateral, service positioning and differentiation from a technical perspective for new and existing customers;
Develop and track product marketing plans, campaigns and launches;
Identify opportunities to increase business with new and existing customers through new service offerings or service differentiation from technical perspective;
Gather and review product market trends and competitive landscape to identify target markets and develop lead generation strategies;
Create and maintain competitive matrix and fine-tune service offerings and forecasts;
Perform product win-loss analysis to identify competitive factors and determine product updates;
Develop and execute comprehensive and customizable go-to market technical sales and marketing plans for new marketing channels as well as new and enhanced product opportunities;
Identify conferences and trade shows to support business development opportunities;
Determine current and future customer product needs for incorporation into new development and roadmap prioritizations; and
Apply advanced knowledge of FDA and CAP/CLIA regulations, genomics, DNA sequencing and molecular biology products and services for marketing/product management including market analysis, planning and new product development.
Position can be located anywhere in the United States.
Salary range: $101,026 - $147,685.44 per year
R equirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or a related field, plus 2 years of experience performing marketing analysis or business analysis in a biology-related field.
Experience, which can be gained concurrently, must include:
2 years of marketing or product management experience including participation in market analysis, planning and new product development.
2 years of experience developing and presenting scientific product marketing materials.
2 years of experience analyzing complex scientific data and translating into actionable business insights.
2 years of experience analyzing and validating business cases for new biotech products including assessing market or product demand, application, competition and market trends.
2 years of experience conducting biotech market research, developing business strategies and identifying new opportunities to market biotech products.
2 years of experience developing biotech product documentation, technical specification sheets and briefing materials.
2 years of experience working with internal and external scientific teams to design and developing business or marketing solutions.
