What We Offer
Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to consultants to learn about their consultant, client, and Oxford experiences, in an effort to provide superior customer service experience.
Answer inbound calls and emails to assist consultants with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.
Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with their questions throughout the life cycle of their assignment at Oxford.
Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with questions before, during and after their assignments.
Respond to inquiries from management, clients, etc.
Provide project assistance/analysis as needed.
Handle research requests for detail/documentation as needed.

Bachelor's Level Degree in Business or Preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Prior outbound Call Center or Inside Sales Customer Service experience is
