The Facilities & Property Manager will lead the maintenance, repair, and project/equipment initiatives for the PPG Cranberry Office location. The purpose is to manage all ongoing facilities management requirements on a pro-active and reactive basis while remaining compliant with all regulatory agencies and standards. They are responsible for managing facility maintenance, housekeeping operations, landscaping, snow removal, facility safety-related issues and facility asset protection. The Facilities & Property Manager will be the primary interface for approximately 550 internal customers on-site as well as the building landlord, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the facilities management function, including the oversight of external contractors and vendors
• Receives and processes Cranberry Office work requests including but not limited to repairs, seating requests and project related tasks
• Provide high-level estimates and project plans for group consolidations, more efficient use of space, and new construction
• Monitor the performance, maintenance and upgrade of key assets and equipment required in the safe and efficient operation of PPG facilities
• Manage all vendor relations including the job bid process, to ensure work is completed in a timely cost effective manner
• Oversee and direct capital projects including the management of budget, vendors, and regulatory requirements
• Ensures adherence to contract documentation, scheduled timelines, and cost control parameters
• Manage the energy savings programs including Utility Act 129 rebates, Variable Frequency Drive Installation, LED Lighting Upgrades, and HVAC upgrades
• Provides accounting support including invoicing for services and vendor invoice processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in the field of facilities and property management
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer focus with a passion for excellence
• Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to coordinate & prioritize work with other team members
• Strong professional acumen with the ability to work with and influence all levels of an organization are required
• Be available outside normal work hours, as an on-call basis
