Location: La Plata, MD
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Orthopedic Physician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to accurately diagnose orthopedic conditions.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Conduct surgical procedures to repair, restore, or replace damaged joints or bones.
- Recommend medications and physical therapy to aid in the patient's recovery journey.
- Continuously monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on preventive measures and post-treatment care to ensure long-term health.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completed residency in orthopedic surgery.
- Board certification in Orthopedics.
- Active state medical license to practice as an Orthopedist.
- Proven expertise in surgical procedures and orthopedic treatments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient care.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced training in subspecialties such as sports medicine or joint replacement surgery.
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging, including X-rays and MRIs.
