Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst Peoplesoft Financials for a permanent, direct hire role, hybrid in Newark, DE.
Responsibilities:
Administer, troubleshoot, and enhance PeopleSoft Financials for optimal performance.
Assess and implement systems improvements, resolving configuration and performance issues.
Plan and execute projects to optimize business processes and the overall IT environment.
Develop and adhere to the application roadmap, project schedules, and annual budgets.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Manage risks by negotiating favorable business terms during contracts and overseeing records.
Provide expert guidance on technology-related business process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration.
Proficient in Linux, Windows OS, Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and billing/accounting applications.
Specialized knowledge in PeopleSoft Financials and related applications (Oracle Utilities, ESRI GIS, Infor EAM, IBM Cognos, Automic Automation Engine).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and adhere to budgets and schedules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
