Colson has an opening for an Application Support Analyst for Epicor ERP. This position can either be located in St. Joseph, Michigan or Chicago, Illinois.
Scope of Job
The Application Support Analyst will provide general application support (access, issues, and ad hoc requests) across several applications - including Epicor ERP, Salesforce, Qlik - as well as participate in business analysis and testing of active projects.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage and respond to application support tickets.Monitor system processes and troubleshoot as necessary.Document and test business requirements for application changes.Ensure compliance with IT Standard Operating Procedures
