JOB DESCRIPTION:


This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop, implement, and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technical and product training content for the NAM Advanced Therapies (AT) /Diagnostic Imaging (DI) sales team. In addition, this role will facilitate technical, soft skills, virtual and live trainings.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborates with AT/DI stakeholders to design materials and create content

  • Applies adult learning methodologies to design, develop and edit software and product training content

  • Plans, develops and conducts virtual and in person training programs for the CRM tool

  • Facilitates monthly coffee hours for the CRM tool to help answer user questions

  • Writes scripts for video and audio content

  • Prepares course assessments, surveys, quick reference guides and facilitator guides

  • Analyzes, updates, and refines existing training content

  • Performs quality control

  • Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field. Master's degree preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience in instructional design and technical training facilitation

  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Tacton CPQ or similar CRM system

  • Ability to use instructional design tools to create content including SCORM courses with expertise in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Snagit

  • Comfortable and experienced in virtual and live facilitation of software training sessions. Experience in soft skills facilitation is a plus

  • Strong verbal and presentation skills as well as strong written and script writing/storyboarding skills

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently and being accountable

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
