Eurofins Digital Media Services, LLC. is seeking a Vault Clerk, responsible for the secure movement, tracking and storage of media assets within the company's library vault. We are seeking a quality individual who has the desire to grow into a rewarding career opportunity.
Title responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Maintaining an accurate computer inventory of all elements entering and leaving the vault
Preparing projects for operators
Preparing packages for shipment, arranges deliveries
Maintains an organized, efficient and secure vault.
Occasionally delivery and element pick up from clients and vendors as needed, using the company's vehicle.
Candidates should be familiar with the greater Los Angeles area and must meet our insurance underwriter's requirements for the position. This means you must have a good driving record and hold a valid California drivers license.
The ideal candidate would possess :
Strong computer skills
Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with vendor staff, clients and coworkers.
Basic Minimum Qualifications :
2 years minimum relevant experience.
Solid working knowledge of FileMaker and Outlook.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Burbank California are encouraged to apply.
