Role Overview: Join our team as a Call Center Representative. You'll help patients schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide friendly support over the phone. We need someone positive, independent, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls quickly.
Verify patient info and insurance details accurately.
Learn about insurance rules and procedures.
Enter patient info correctly in our system.
Assist patients and direct calls as needed.
Schedule appointments following guidelines.
Keep track of the schedule and solve issues.
Help patients with billing and financial questions.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Respect patient privacy laws.
Requirements:Who You Are:
High school diploma or GED.
Preferably bilingual (English and Spanish).
Experience in an office or customer service role is a plus.
Comfortable with computers.
Friendly and helpful attitude.
