Partnered with an electronics manufacturing company who's seeking a Technical Support Agent.


Job Description:
You will be providing triage on inbound interactions for products which you have not been assigned, while working cases for your assigned products through to resolution or escalating the case to advanced agents. Cases will be worked through a web platform, by email and phone. You will also be responsible for doing a case-studies on resolved cases to document their resolutions, follow up on stale cases and provide excellent service that's backed by hands on training.


Requirement:

• Mastered soft-skills, English


• Take criticism constructively


• Eagerness to learn and professionally support products internally/externally


• Responsible for high quality work


• Excellent communication skills


• Work well in a close team or independently


• Capable of tracking multiple concerns simultaneously
