Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a growing organization seeking a skilled and adaptable Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Experience with relevant permits is preferred.


100% on site in Elkridge, MD
Monday through Friday
Direct Hire Opportunity.
$65k to $90k depending on experience.



Responsibilities:

• Reviewing bid requirements and contracts


• Coordinating internal estimating processes


• Developing and refining proposals, including client negotiations


• Managing order reviews and kickoff meetings


• Maintaining communication with key clients


• Conducting job costing reviews in collaboration with project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience


• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related roles


• Proficiency in relevant industry knowledge


• Experience with permits is advantageous


• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


• Self-motivated and collaborative
