About the University of CincinnatiStudent Affairs supports you and your family as you navigate the college experience. We provide a variety of services and resources to support your safety, well-being, and success. The Dean of Students team serves as your primary advocates. We provide timely support through a variety of programs, including crisis management, conflict resolution, emergency response.
The Associate Director of the CARE Team will provide comprehensive non-clinical, consultative, emergency, and case management services to students facing crisis situations. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders and community resources, the Associate Director will identify and develop a range of resources to support students in crisis.
This position reports to the Associate Dean of Students and is based within the Dean of Students Office. It is a full-time, grant-funded role spanning 12 months. While the majority of responsibilities align with the job description, some aspects may evolve based on departmental needs.
Bachelor's Degree
Nine (9) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
Five (5) years related experience
