About the Job:


  • Manage incoming calls and visitors, directing them appropriately and addressing routine issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Assist Concierge in maintaining hospitality services and ensuring a client-ready reception area and conference rooms.

  • Handle general clerical duties including package distribution, mail posting, and arranging messenger services.

  • Coordinate office meetings, including room reservations, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.

  • Procure office supplies and oversee maintenance of office equipment such as copiers, phones, and printers.

  • Manage off-site storage records, provide guidance on document retention policies, and maintain vendor relationships.

About You:

  • 1+ year of related experience in Front Desk, Concierge, or Customer Service roles; A high school diploma is required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, and comfortable with new technologies.

  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Strengths include comprehension skills, writing routine reports, and responding to inquiries or complaints.

  • Strong problem-solver, adaptable, and an efficient independent worker.

About the Position:

  • $21/hr-$23/hr while temporary

  • $50K-$52K when permanent

  • Temporary to permanent position

  • Hours are 8:00am-6:00pm.

  • 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
