Responsibilities:
Issue invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and manage payment disbursements efficiently.
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers with corresponding statements and records.
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Record financial transactions accurately into the general ledger using proper accounting principles and guidelines.
Support the accounting team in preparing financial statements and reports.
Requirements:
Strong technology skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
5 or more years of relevant experience
Ability to work independently and on a team
