Position Summary The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering is seeking a dynamic staff member to support student success as our new Academic Program Administrator. By using specialized skills and independent judgment, the Administrator supports student success in both our undergraduate and graduate programs. The Academic Program Administrator is key to implementing Department recruitment, enrollment, retention, degree completion, and process improvement. This position works collaboratively with the Department Chair and faculty, as well as departments within the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, the Office of Graduate Studies, Pathway Advisors, and the Registrar to support programs and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years related experience supporting student success and program management within a university or Master’s degree in academic advising or related field.

Work Days/Hours 8-5 M-F
Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement Salary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity.

The starting annual salary for this position will be between $57,060 and $59,000 dependent upon the factors above.
