Required Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, computer science, Business Administration, (or equivalent work experience)
10+ years of relevant industry experience in Supply Chain operations
Experience with Finance and Supply Chain business processes within Non- Governmental Organizations preferred
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones (i.e. Africa, Europe/Middle East, Asia, Americas)
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
5+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Finance and Supply Chain ERP applications, preferably with Oracle cloud Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management and Oracle Cloud Implementation Project Management
Sound knowledge of Project Management
Sound knowledge of ERP integrated suites with wing-to-wing flows
Experience in at least 2 end to end ERP project executions
Basic knowledge of SQL developer, basic tables of Procurement, Inventory to work with technical designers of custom solutions

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence and get buy-in from people not under direct supervision
