Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).

Summary:
The client is an asset management company and this an opportunity to work for a great company with extremely smart and talented employees. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for administration of Private Equity Limited Partnerships


• Senior Finance Associate will perform quarterly US GAAP Basis Reporting and annual US GAAP Basis Audit


• Prepare annual Tax Basis Book


• Perform valuations and distributions


• As a Senior Finance Associate, you will respond to LP requests


• Develop and support Investor Relations


• Collaborate with Finance Managers, Directors, and VPs on projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required


• 2+ years of accounting experience


• CPA is a plus


• Strong project management and organizational skills


• Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
