Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a premier client that is searching for a talented Benefits Administrative Support professional to assist in their benefits department. This is a contract engagement with competitive compensation for your expertise. This role is fully onsite at their new contemporary offices in the downtown San Antonio, TX area.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Completing benefits documentation in Access and HRIS along with other systems


• Completing FMLA requests

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong administrative skills


• Working knowledge of all Microsoft suite of software to include Excel


• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
