Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a Sat/Sun receptionist!

-High School Diploma required

-Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor

-Monitor visitor access

-Maintain visitor sign-in log

-Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct calls

-Take and relay messages

-Direct people to the appropriate destination

-Deal with queries from the public and customers

-Receive and sort mail

-Provide general administrative and clerical support - limited to the receptionist area

-Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings

-Tidy and maintain the reception area.

-Professional personal presentation

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift


• Weekends only

Ability to Relocate:

• Santa Cruz, CA 95062: Relocate before starting work (Required)
