Position Summary: Performs operational work related to daily work instructions, inspection, grading, treatment and materials. Operate the treating plant safely and proficiently.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate and control systems by prescribed operating procedures including, but not limited to the following major systems:
  
  
  • Boiler and pressure vessels
  • Vacuum and condensate recovery systems
  • Preservative mix, transfer and storage tanks
  • Hazardous and solid waste processing and storage
  • Drip pad hoist systems
  • Charge Changes
  • Emergency response equipment
• Operate all aspects of treating at or above target production levels
• Learn to count and verify poles in charges
• Fill-in on other shifts as needed
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned .

This is a Floater position MOSTLY working 6pm-6am | 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off. Must be available to fill-in on other shifts as needed.

Pay Rate: $28.39/hr + $.50 & $.70/hr shift differentials
