POSITION SUMMARY:

Establish, implement, coordinate, manage, and deliver a comprehensive training strategy for Research and Development (R&D), Global Medical Affairs and Safety (GMAS) organizations

Lead the development of tailored, customized comprehensive training to drive quality, efficiency and support Indivior quality and compliance maturity journey. The candidate will ensure content, creation, and delivery of learning solutions that meet the needs of the business

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Integrity and Compliance, Global Medicine Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical and Medical excellence leads) to determine learning gaps, needs and priorities and optimal training strategy

  • Develop creative best practices solutions to provide the adult end-user learning and development experiences

  • Develop methods to assess learner interests and educational goals and foster a learning ethos in the department

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and effective onboarding strategies for all roles in R&D and GMAS organizations

  • Develop/lead the development of training materials ensuring all aspects of job responsibilities and expectations are met to improve efficiency, effectiveness and compliance and address gaps appropriately (role based/tailored training with real life examples, knowledge checks, knowledge road maps, etc.)

  • Support lessons learned sharing, on time remediation training/letters, educational forum

  • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, create, develop, assess, and measure end-user learning outcomes and training effectiveness to refine/re-assess existing programs and materials

  • Manage administrative responsibilities related Indivior sponsored events.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in an applicable discipline, Preferred: Master's degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Learning & Development expert in the pharmaceutical industry or related field, delivering and/or managing training programs including curriculum development, training design and evaluation

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance

  • Experience with web-based and online learning, eLearning platforms and delivery in a forward thinking rapidly expanding environment.

  • Deep knowledge of adult education and professional training trends.

  • Strong business acumen with project management and strategic planning skills.

  • Change management skills.

  • Extensive Experience driving and delivering Learning and Development Solutions and Programs at the enterprise level.

  • Strong familiarity and experience with both physical (classroom) and virtual (online) learning environments

  • Demonstrated experience building online courses and trainings

  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in technology applications in teaching and learning, trends

  • Extensive expertise working with a variety of LMS

  • Ability to plan effectively and to manage/supervise multiple projects and priorities

  • Ability to successfully operate within a matrixed setting

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak in public and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences

  • Experience with using key performance indicators and quality assurance metrics

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best viable solutions
